Fried Cabbage with Bacon Ingredients: 6 slices bacon, chopped 1 medium head cabbage, cored and chopped 1 small onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions:In a large skillet or cast-iron pan, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
