Apple cider vinegar for removing warts
A similar method is used to remove warts. Warts are caused by viruses, specifically certain types of human papillomavirus (HPV), which cause an infection. The virus causes the top layer of skin to grow too quickly, resulting in a small, hard bump with a rough surface that usually appears on the hands or feet.
Warts develop more often on damaged skin because the virus can penetrate the upper layer of the skin through scratches or cuts. If you are in doubt and wonder if it might be something else, consult your doctor for a check-up.
The virus that causes warts can be transmitted through direct skin contact or via contact with towels or shoes, and can spread to other parts of the body. Therefore, it is best to treat warts as soon as they appear.
You can use over-the-counter products to treat warts, or visit a dermatologist for stronger and usually faster treatment and removal than commercially available products. However, you can also easily and safely use apple cider vinegar.
